Training Psychosynthesis Psychotherapist
I came to be in this place of offering one to one deep therapeutic exploration because of my own call towards individuation. Like many of us, this call is often painful and the landscape difficult to traverse. Yet when life is calling us to know our own hearts more intimately it is often experienced so. One could say, for this reason, life has within it a profound guiding system.
My personal road of practical living took many turns; a degree in Environmental Biology, a sprinkling of media work, 6 years as a registered Nurse, and a stint in a women's Buddhist community.
Now I find myself accompanying others as a guide with sincere awe and humility for the courage it takes to go inside ourselves. Nature continues to be a place of renewal for me. I can often be found walking the hills with my family's dog Archie, where deep inside a landscape, I am reminded of my place in the world.
